How do I place an order?
Orders must be placed on the website (www.simframe.co.uk). It is not possible to order via phone or email.
How many items can i put into the shopping cart?
Using our online editor you can put up to 15 items at once.
Do you colour correct and add sharpening to files?
Sim Express DOES NOT apply any colour correction or sharpening to your images. The colour management of the supplied image is your responsibility. Files must have an embedded profile of sRGB to achieve the best printed results.
What is the maximum file size I can upload?
On our system you can upload you print ready files to a maximum of 20mb per file. And our online library we hold 400mb of files, if you library gets full you can delete older not in use files.
Which printing press do you use?
All the products are printed using professional large format photographic printing.
Where do I check/approve over my files?
Image files will need to be throughly checked over using the sRGB colour profile, and orders are approved as you checkout. The Approval area is for text and layout approval only, and does not have a colour correcting facility (Colours may differ from screen to screen due to colour settings of that specific screen).
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within working 5 days.
How will the order be delivered & what will it cost?
Your order will be dispatched via courier with Internet tracking. For full shipping details visit: Shipping.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the UK and Ireland. For other International destinations: Please contact our customer service team for a individual quote.
What are your opening hours?
Sim Frame is open Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 5.30pm.

What happens if my order does not arrive?
If your order is dispatch and not received within 3 working days, we will reprint your order free of charge.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, we will reprint free of charge. Please notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order by emailing email@example.com quoting your order number which can be found on your confirmation email.
What if I don’t get a confirmation email?
If you don’t get a confirmation email this may indicate that your order hasn’t been uploaded. Please check your email program, it may have mistakenly classified it as spam because you’ve not written to us before or added us to your address book. Your confirmation email could be sitting in your junk – spam folder. However on the odd occasion our system can make a mistake, please phone for confirmation if in doubt.
Are you Environmentally friendly?
All our papers are FSC approved (Forest Stewardship Council). The FSC is an independent body advocating the responsible management of the planet’s forests. All Sim Express products are printed on FSC certified paper, meaning we meet the council’s strict requirements for sustainable printing. You can therefore purchase our products knowing that you’re doing right by the environment!
